My main objective is to help clients move forward and find fulfilment & success in all the roles they play. Guiding individuals through a transition is part of this process, making them feel empowered and accomplished.
My coaching style is result-oriented, ensuring clients experience a paradigm shift that allows them to achieve results in their professional and personal lives. I guide clients on a journey of self-discovery, powerful action planning to leverage strengths and address developmental gaps.
I also provide my clients with the impetus and inspiration to take action. I use powerful coaching tools and methods to create awareness and help clients deliver results more effectively taking them to the next level.
I am also a lawyer by training and have practiced in India and Hong Kong. While I enjoyed law, I had a deep sense to do something more meaningful, helping people more directly and driving towards that passion, I decided to embark on the journey of becoming a Life Coach.
I believe in making a difference and in awakening possibilities in people’s lives. I am determined to help people live their lives courageously and passionately. It is this belief and commitment that keeps me motivated and was a big reason for my switching from being a Lawyer to a Life Coach.
My training as a lawyer and my years of practice have helped me along this journey – in particular, understanding of clients and their behaviour, the ability to break down large issues into their smaller constituents and to pay attention to detail with a time bound focus to see results achieved.
My day starts early because my kids who are 2 and 5 wake up early, we eat breakfast together with my hubby and after playing with them for sometime, I start working at around 9.30 am either from my home office or at a co-working space depending on the meetings for the day.
I usually make time to take my daughter for her after school activities in the early evenings so that I can get more time with the kids and once they are in bed at around 8 pm, I work for another hour or two and after watching some show on Netflix, I’m ready to hit the bed!
My days are always jam-packed with something or the other because I like it that way. I love the craziness that is my life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else.
The hardest thing that I have dealt with in my life is getting married very young and getting divorced at a very young age too. It was an emotional rollercoaster ride for me and I was my lowest life condition. I felt like it was the end of the road for me and life was one big black hole and I was going deeper into it.
However, winter turned to spring and I did see the light at the end of the tunnel. I have emerged much stronger and now I feel I can face any situation in a better manner because the one big take away from this terrible experience was that nothing lasts forever. That helps when you feel down and out and it also helps keep you grounded when you are flying up high!
I am generally a positive person but on days that I need some motivation and inspiration, I always fall back on my four Golden rules:
• Life is too short to waste even a single day being anything but happy
• Whatever happens is always for the best.
• Whatever happens is always for a reason.
• You will only get what you deserve.
Following the above has helped me a great deal in being happy, content and peaceful.
My way of relaxing is listening to music. Music makes me really happy and calms me down. It’s even better when I’m listening to it with people I love. I always joke that my hubby is my knight in shining armour, spending time with him makes me the happiest and hence relaxed.

The one thing I would tell my younger self is, “don’t compare your beginning to someone else’s middle!” Everyone was a beginner at one point! When you're learning a new skill, you most likely want to get good at it as quickly as possible.
While you're beginning, you're comparing yourself to people who've been at it for a lot longer. That kills your motivation and insights. And when you do that – you’ll find that you’re never, ever satisfied. You’ll never, ever be good enough. You’ll always struggle to celebrate your accomplishments.
Wherever you are in life with whatever you're doing – you're going to be ahead of some and behind others. That's okay. Own where you are. Take time to embrace and celebrate that. Continue moving forward.
Only when you start concentrating on your own journey will you see huge results. It’s absolutely fine to look at others for inspiration and guidance but that’s where it stops.
Focus on your own journey and you will always emerge a winner! Life is too short to waste even a single day being anything but happy!
